Three of the most vile villains in the DCA have joined together.
The Tattooed Man - A longtime foe of Green Lantern, he has the power to bring life to the images imprinted on his body. All it takes is a little will power to keep them going, or at least a couple of bottles of liquid courage.
Catman - Former millionaire and big game hunter Thomas Blake, some say he is a cheap knock off of Batman, some say he is a coward, and some say he is...well let's just say he's got issues.
Deadshot - The top hitman in the world, he'll kill anybody for a price. Deadshot follows a hit to the letter. He's a former Suicide Squad member and may or may not have a deathwish, just don't ask him. Deadshot has probably two friends in the whole world, only because he hasn't killed them yet.
